‘Manifest’ Season 4: Will There Be A Fourth Season?

Are you looking for a new show to watch? Manifest is coming back with Season 4. This time, the series will be set in New York City and explore the aftermath of 9/11. The story will follow an American family who lost their son on that fateful day and how they deal with his loss over the years. You won’t want to miss this season! It’s going to be one of our most emotional seasons yet as we explore what it means when tragedy strikes close to home.

Everything We Know About ‘Manifest’ Season 4

Following its cancellation at NBC, ‘Manifest’ fans will get a proper conclusion after Netflix resurrects the series.

After vanishing without a trace for more than five years, passengers and crew of a commercial jet suddenly reappear.

It was an intriguing concept that enabled the supernatural drama series to become such a hit. Surprisingly, the program itself will go through a similar rebirth after it is canceled and resurrected once again.

‘There’s something meta about the series’ death and rebirth, given that it’s the tale of the show,’ showrunner Jeff Rake said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.

So, based on the information we’ve collected so far, what can we anticipate seeing in season 4?

Will There Be a Fourth Season of ‘The Manifest’?

Yes, after the series is transferred to Netflix, season 4 will begin. After three seasons, Fox’s Supernatural was canceled by the network after it scored decent ratings.

On June 10th, 2021, Warner Bros. Television, which owns the program outright, licensed seasons 1-2 to Netflix as a last-ditch effort to save the series. The show was a success for Netflix subscribers, who flocked to it in droves.

When NBC canceled Revolution in June 2021, disappointed fans immediately began requesting its renewal. More than 95,000 die-hard fans signed the request for a second season, which is astonishing. After receiving numerous pleas from viewers, Netflix agreed to air the program for one final season.

On August 28 at 8-28 AM, Netflix announced that it will pick up the series for a fourth season. The date of the renewal notification is a clever allusion to ‘828 Day,’ when the series about the Enfield haunting is celebrated every year.

This isn’t the first time something similar has occurred, although it is unusual. Netflix’s latest renewal was prompted by a slew of pleas from fans.

The previous season, on the other hand, had only 13 episodes. Fortunately, the season conclusion will be a whopping 20 episodes long. The final season is expected to be released in two parts, much like other popular shows.

Who Is Cast in ‘Manifest’ Season 4?

A few of the main characters are already confirmed to return.

We learned that Josh Dallas, J.R. Ramirez, and Melissa Roxburgh will return for season 2 after we confirmed their participation in the previous season. On September 9th, Parveen Kaur, Luna Blaise, and Holly Taylor were announced as the confirmed returning cast members.

Expect Ty Doran to become a season regular after being promoted. On September 10th, Daryl Edwards, who portrays NSA director Robert Vance, was promoted to series regular.

Unfortunately, despite reports that he is negotiating to return for his part as Cal, Jack Messina may not appear in season 4. There are reports that the new season will continue using an older version of the character. Matt Long will have less exposure on the new season due to scheduling conflicts, while Matt Long will have less exposure because of scheduling conflicts.

What’s the Story for ‘Manifest’ Season 4?

While the conclusion of Game of Thrones’ third season was left unresolved, thanks to the renewal, showrunner Jeff Rake now has the opportunity to tie up any loose ends. Expect a lot of drama because showrunner Rake will have to compress his planned three seasons into just 20 episodes.

Don’t be concerned, though; according to Rake, 20 episodes should be sufficient to conclude the entire narrative. ‘The endgame will not alter in the slightest,’ Rake said. 20 episodes, he added to EW, ‘will provide me adequate time to complete the tale as I always intended.’

Expect season 4 to answer the many burning questions we have about what occurred on the flight. We’ll almost certainly solve the plane’s disappearance as the series draws to a close. Rake said during another interview with EW, “I’m not sure it will ever get to the point of a ‘Frozen.’ I don’t know if there’s enough material. But maybe we’ll be able to make it work like Frozen.”

Rake stated in a statement to Deadline, “I’d like to thank everyone for their support and kind wishes. My sincerest apologies for being so quiet these past few months.” ‘We’ll be able to satisfy the fans with the conclusion they deserve moves me to tears,’ I tell him.’ On behalf of the cast, crew, writers, directors, and producers, thank you to Netflix, Warner Bros., and especially to the fans for making this series a success. You did this.”

The new season will provide “some conclusion,” according to Bela Bajaria, Netflix Head of Global TV. Furthermore, in a letter to fans, she said that the new season would give them “some closure.”
