What was Hugh Jackman’s secret for getting so muscular? He explains in a recent interview with Dr. Peter Attia how he was able to not only get jacked but keep gaining muscle in each movie.
He revealed that his trainer persuaded a bodybuilder to participate in training sessions. Jackman was advised by his bodybuilding coach that to develop muscle, you must start with lighter weights and increase over time to prepare your body.
“I’m still using the things I learned from him in all of my workout programs,” says Jackman.
